The Bed and Breakfast Cà Arzere is located in the historical centre of Venice close to the Railway Station, Piazzale Roma square, in a strategic position to reach the port, in the Dorsoduro Sestiere, one of the most beautiful and exclusive areas of the ancient city.

Completely restored , it is a typical Venetian house located at the second floor, it is composed by 2 rooms with 2 or 3 beds with private bath (for each room), cabin shower, hair dryer, TV, safebox, icebox, iron and table to iron, air conditioned, independent heating, map of Venice, tickets for free entry to the Casinò, luggage storage, daily cleaning.

In addition to that you will find a small but fully equipped kitchen at your disposal.
In a short walking distance from the Bed and Breakfast, you can get to S.Margherita square, S.Barnaba square, the Academy Museum and the famous S.Marco square.
Near you have the very famous churches : Carmini, S. Sebastiano, S. Trovaso, where you can see the most famous pictures painted by Tintoretto, Veronese, Tiepolo.
In 25 minutes by boat ( the typical Venetian boat is named : vaporetti) ( boat n° 61 from S. Basilio where it is the stop) you arrive at the Lido with its gilded beach, Golf club and in September the famous international festival of the cinema.

Die Gaeste haben ausserdem fuer sich eine mit allem versehene Kochecke zu ihrer Verfuegung. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man zu Fuss den Platz Campo S.Margherita, S.Barnaba, das Museum Accademia und den Markus-Platz. In der Naehe befinden sich noch dazu die beruehmten Kirchen die Carmini, S. Sebastiano, S. Trovaso mit den Meisterwerken von Tintoretto, Veronese, Tiepolo.

In 25 Minuten Vaporetto ( Haltestelle in S. Basilio, Vaporetto nr 61 ), kommt man an den Lido mit seinen goldenen Straenden, das Golf Green und, im September, das Film Festival „Festival Internazionale del Cinema“.
